Everyday is a new day here

I never do the same old thing, but I fear that this will change soon

and I dont know what to do, im scared that change will change

I used to say adventure never dies

I always thought i’d live my life a grown child

but it seems its time to grow, forget those silly games

yeah It seems its time for me, to go a different way

I am scared that i’ll forget to play and watch stupid cartoons

those things might not seem fun to most, but make me feel so good

like I havent lost my inner child, I haven’t lost the fun

that I used to have out when I was younger running through the grass under the sun

yeah those things I feel define me, and keep me happy as Im drifting through the days

I’m just a man trying to figure out his life

and every now and then its scary, cause it just keeps passin by

theres no time to just sit down, and watch as it goes by

I remember like its yesterday

sitting on the jugle gym, watchin the other kids at play

what I wouldnt give to have, that feelin back again

and it makes me sorta sad to have to think ahead
